• I am applying as an independent contractor (1099) — not as an employee
• I am responsible for my own federal and state taxes
• I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining my own liability insurance
• I set my own schedule and accept jobs at my discretion
• O-H Cleaners will provide orientation materials and compliance checklists only — not task training or work direction
• I must complete a Green Clean evaluation project before receiving regular job assignments
• O-H Cleaners reserves the right to remove contractors from the platform for quality or compliance issues
